Data Deletion Instructions
If you connected PageManagerBD to Facebook or Meta through the Meta Graph API, you can request deletion of your PageManagerBD account data and Meta/Facebook Page data associated with our service.
How to Request Deletion
- Remove PageManagerBD from Facebook Apps and Websites to send an automatic deletion request through Meta.
- Email us at support@pagemanagerbd.com.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your PageManagerBD username, your contact email, and the Facebook Page name or Page ID connected to PageManagerBD.
What We Delete
- Stored Facebook Page connections, access tokens, and identifiers associated with the requesting Meta user.
- Meta-derived messages, comments, analytics, webhook events, automation settings, and delivery-result records for matched Pages.
- Your local PageManagerBD account or locally created content only when separately requested and verified, unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.
Revoke Access from Facebook
You may revoke PageManagerBD access from your Facebook account settings by removing the app from the apps and websites section. When Meta sends us a valid signed deletion request, matched Meta-connected data is deleted automatically. You may also email us if you need help or want your separate PageManagerBD account deleted.
Processing Time
We will review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before deleting data.
