Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: May 7, 2026

If you connected PageManagerBD to Facebook or Meta through the Meta Graph API, you can request deletion of your PageManagerBD account data and Meta/Facebook Page data associated with our service.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email us at support@pagemanagerbd.com.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your PageManagerBD username, your contact email, and the Facebook Page name or Page ID connected to PageManagerBD.

What We Delete

• Your PageManagerBD account information, where deletion is requested and verified.
• Stored Facebook Page connection data and Meta Graph API data associated with your account.
• Stored access tokens, scheduled content, automation rules, messages, analytics records, and related metadata associated with your account, unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.

Revoke Access from Facebook

You may also revoke PageManagerBD access from your Facebook account settings by removing the app from the apps and websites section. Revoking access may stop future data access, but you should still email us if you want stored data deleted from PageManagerBD systems.

Processing Time

We will review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before deleting data.
