PageManagerBD provides Facebook Page automation, scheduling, messaging, and analytics tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete information when you use PageManagerBD and connect Meta/Facebook assets through the Meta Graph API.
Information We Collect
- Account information you provide, such as name, username, login credentials, and contact details.
- Facebook Page information made available through permissions you approve, such as Page ID, Page name, Page profile information, Page access status, posts, comments, messages, insights, and related metadata depending on the permissions granted.
- Content you create or upload in PageManagerBD, including captions, media, scheduled posts, auto-reply rules, tags, and campaign settings.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, logs, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
How We Use Information
- To connect and manage Facebook Pages with your permission.
- To publish, schedule, draft, or manage posts you create.
- To provide inbox, comment, auto-reply, broadcast, analytics, and reporting features.
- To secure the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve performance.
- To comply with applicable law and Meta Platform requirements.
Meta Graph API Data
PageManagerBD only requests Meta permissions needed for features you choose to use. We do not sell Meta platform data. We do not use Meta platform data for surveillance, credit eligibility, employment eligibility, or any unrelated purpose. Your use of Facebook and Meta products is also governed by Meta's own terms and policies.
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information or Meta Graph API data. We may share limited information with service providers who help us host, secure, maintain, or deliver PageManagerBD, and only as necessary for those services. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for granting Facebook Page permissions only when you have authority to do so.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Meta/Facebook tokens and connected Page data may be removed when you disconnect a Page, revoke permissions, delete your account, or request deletion.
Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your PageManagerBD account data and Meta Graph API data by contacting us at support@pagemanagerbd.com. Please include your account username and the Facebook Page name or Page ID. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time unless retention is required by law or security obligations.
Your Choices
- You can revoke PageManagerBD access from your Facebook settings at any time.
- You can disconnect Facebook Pages from PageManagerBD where that feature is available.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us.
Children
PageManagerBD is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
