Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PageManagerBD, including Facebook Page automation, scheduling, messaging, analytics, and related tools that may use the Meta Graph API.
Eligibility and Authority
You may use PageManagerBD only if you can form a legally binding agreement and have authority to manage the Facebook Pages, assets, accounts, content, and permissions you connect to the service.
Use of Meta Graph API Features
- You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Terms, Community Standards, and all applicable Meta policies.
- You may only connect Facebook Pages and Meta assets that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content, messages, replies, broadcasts, schedules, and automation rules you create through PageManagerBD.
- You must not use PageManagerBD to spam, mislead users, violate privacy rights, collect data without permission, or perform unlawful activity.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us if you believe your account or connected Meta permissions have been compromised.
Content and Permissions
You retain responsibility for content you upload, create, schedule, publish, or send. By using PageManagerBD, you grant us permission to process your content and connected Page data only as needed to provide the service and requested features.
Prohibited Uses
- Using PageManagerBD for spam, phishing, scams, malicious code, harassment, or deceptive automation.
- Publishing content that violates applicable law, intellectual property rights, Meta policies, or third-party rights.
- Selling, transferring, or misusing Meta platform data obtained through PageManagerBD.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, abuse tokens, scrape data, or access accounts or Pages without permission.
Service Availability
We aim to keep PageManagerBD reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Meta API availability, permissions, rate limits, app review status, Page access, and token validity may affect features.
Third-Party Services
PageManagerBD integrates with Meta/Facebook services. Meta is not responsible for PageManagerBD, and PageManagerBD is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta unless expressly stated. Your use of Meta products remains subject to Meta's terms and policies.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, violate Meta policies, or if required by law or platform requirements.
Disclaimers
PageManagerBD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageManagerBD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or platform/API restrictions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PageManagerBD after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
